Frank Lampard trains with his New York City team-mates for the first time

Slightly later than planned Frank Lampard began training with New York City FC on Wednesday, meeting up with David Villa among others. The former Chelsea midfielder had been due to join the newly-formed MLS outfit ahead of the start of the 2015 campaign but opted to stay at Manchester City until the end of the Premier League season.
